Way Back Then

"They were throwing their judgement when I was walking alone because I'm silent. Reaching the point where everybody literally throw eggs and sticky food on my back. I lost my confidence way back then."

"Then what happened?" she asked.

"I became what I am today." she talked.

She smiled, "That's a very inspiring story, really inspiring. Thank you." amusement were evident in her eyes while sincerely staring at me.

I put my palm on my chest. Saying thank you to the interviewer despite of my disability to speak.
